Dear Mr. Kurganov:

There is no written form of the "Turing Award Lecture" I gave.  Its
subject matter is covered in the enclosed lecture which was an IJCAI
invited paper in 1977.  The latter is more modern.  If you are
interested, I can see if the IJCAI proceedings editors are agreeable
to its being translated.
